Egremont Board of Health approved septic plans and scheduled annual vaccination clinic. The board voted 3-0 to adopt prior meeting minutes before approving revised septic plans for the Sartor & Wright property at 92 Baldwin Hill South, with the leach field reconfigured to eliminate a pump chamber. The board scheduled its 2026 flu and COVID vaccination clinic for September 30 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
The board also reviewed results from its microplastics survey of 83 households, finding that 90 percent of respondents are willing to pay more for non-plastic alternatives and 70 percent support local bans or bylaws to address the issue.
