Egremont recorded 11 property deed transfers in late July, but only one buyer's price made it into the public record
Egremont recorded 11 property deed transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one, 19 Baldwin Hill Rd at $155,000 on July 22, included a disclosed sale price. The other 10 transactions, spanning streets including Jug End Road, Taconic Lane and Egremont Plain Road, were recorded without public price figures, which is typical for Massachusetts deed data and not itself unusual. Two Jug End Road deeds, both recorded July 13, involved the same family, Douglas Alan Weaver Sr. and related parties, consistent with a trust transfer. With pricing disclosed in just one of 11 deeds, the data does not support conclusions about market direction this period.
