EGREMONT — The Egremont Green Committee voted unanimously to approve its April 14 meeting minutes and advanced planning for two major environmental initiatives. The committee confirmed plans for a June 3 "Just Eat It" film screening at the Triplex featuring presentations from the Center for Eco Technology and ReFED on food waste reduction, with admission set at $9 per person. The October 10 collection event was confirmed to include document shredding, refrigerant recovery, household-item collection, and book recycling, funded through the committee's $5,200 RDP Grant.
