Mount Washington Road saw the most activity, with four of the 13 recordings tied to two properties there. Two other transfers moved properties into family trusts rather than to new owners, and several recordings involved banks or mortgage entities as a party. With most prices still pending, the data doesn't yet support a read on overall market direction.
