Egremont Housing Trust and Planning Board coordinate short-term rental bylaw approval. Vice-Chairman Doug Mishkin, Chairman Richard Stanley, Planning Board Chair Mary McGurn, and Select Board Chair Lucinda Vermeulen joined the joint session to align definitions and concerns across the zoning and general bylaws. The boards agreed both measures must pass together or neither will, with community input sessions scheduled for April 8 and April 29 in hybrid format.
A seasonal housing designation will appear on the annual town meeting warrant, and Housing Trust members may attend the Planning Board's March 18 meeting at 10 a.m. to further review the zoning draft.
