Eleven properties changed hands in Egremont between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two deeds carry a recorded price so far: 4 Bott Hill Road at $70,000 and 42 Mount Washington Road at $379,000, the month's top sale. That Mount Washington Road purchase followed a same-day deed transferring the property within the Martin family before its sale to Karl Christopher Bodnar. Prices for the other nine transfers, including a second Mount Washington Road deed and two Egremont Plain Road sales, had not yet posted to registry records. Two transfers moved property into the seller's own revocable trust rather than to a new owner. With most prices still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from the available data.
