EGREMONT — The Egremont Planning Board unanimously approved an annual special permit for Greenagers, Inc. to hold a recurring fundraising gala on the second Friday of August at its 62 North Undermountain Road property. Board Chair Mary McGurn and members John Lanterman, Donna-Bersch Gordon, Eddie Regendahl, and Associate Member Blake McDonald voted to find that the nonprofit's event, capped at 250 attendees, meets all zoning standards and poses no traffic, safety, or municipal-services concerns. The permit is renewable annually upon proof of compliance with conditions.
