Egremont Planning Board unanimously approves Pardoe property three-lot division. Chair Mary McGurn reported that the Attorney General has approved Article 6 Cottage Cluster Development provisions, now legally effective for pending OxBow site plan review. The Board also confirmed McGurn and Stephen Lyle may continue as Berkshire Regional Planning Commission delegate and alternate for FY2027.
Members raised concerns during discussion of short-term rental bylaws slated for the June 16 Special Town Meeting about complexity and whether inactive registrations should count toward the 10 percent cap.
