EGREMONT — Select Board unanimously appoints Ulla Dannebom to Historical Commission. Chairwoman Lucinda Fenn-Vermeulen and the board also unanimously accepted the resignation of Hans Carlson from his position as Evidence Room Officer, effective immediately, with the associated stipend discontinued. The board approved an application from Blue Rider Stables for a one-day beer and wine license for a June 6, 2026 summer benefit.
Grant Administrator Peg McDonough reported the town has been awarded a Green Communities grant to support insulation improvements at the water treatment plant, aimed at reducing energy costs.
