EGREMONT — The Egremont Select Board approved 21 departmental and municipal budget items totaling $408,277 during its first fiscal 2027 review. Chairwoman Lucinda Fenn-Vermeulen, Vice Chair Judi Goodman, and Member Mary Brazie also green-lighted a $4,000 special article for French Park repairs. The board scheduled presentations from five departments for January 27 and three more for February 10.
Six items, including a $42,000 Assessors Consulting account, remain on hold pending additional review.
