EGREMONT — Select Board approves 26 FY 2027 budget line items, holds library pending revisions. Chairwoman Lucinda Fenn-Vermeulen's board approved police collective bargaining at $485,153, tree work at $60,000, legal fees at $25,000, and police department expenses at $16,000. The board also voted to support a $25 million federal BUILD grant for South County Connector transportation services with no town liability.
Library expenses totaling $17,125 were held for an adjusted proposal due February 24.
