EGREMONT — Select Board approves Building and Grounds double-time Sunday pay during winter. The board unanimously backed the rate for employees called in for snow and ice work, matching Highway Department compensation. The board also appointed Doug Mishkin to the Community Preservation Committee for three years and Jeff Nathan as the Conservation Commission representative for two years, pending endorsement.
Grant Administrator Peg McDonough is applying for the MassDOT Community Culvert Grant covering Blunt Road Reconstruction at an estimated cost of $950,000.
