EGREMONT — Select Board approves liquor extension and dog park gate at March meeting. Chair Lucinda Fenn-Vermeulen and members Mary Brazie and Judi Goodman unanimously appointed Emily Eyre to the French Park Dog Park Committee and confirmed $2,880 in donations to fund a sally port gate system to prevent small dog escapes. The board approved a one-day liquor license extension for The Prospect through 1:00 AM on June 6, 2026, for a wedding, and unanimously appointed Amanda Curnin and Leslie Alfin as fill-in poll workers.

Police Chief Jason LaForest introduced Ashley Zabian as a prospective Police Academy candidate pending medical clearance and physical ability testing.
