EGREMONT — Select Board approves workforce housing and PFAS work, accepts assessor resignations. Chair Lucinda Fenn-Vermeulen, Vice Chair Judi Goodman, and Member Mary Brazie unanimously approved $133,340 in site work with the Community Development Corporation for a workforce housing project behind Town Hall and signed off on a PFAS treatment unit installation at $7,200 to $8,200 funded through a state grant. The board accepted resignations from assessors Francine Groener and Alice Tortoriello and approved a warrant article to convert those positions from elected to appointed.

Grant Administrator Peg McDonough resubmitted the MassDOT Community Culvert grant application for Blunt Road at $1,000,000, and the town received $32,225.50 for a water plant master meter through a drought resiliency grant.
