EGREMONT — Water Commission approves materials order for master meter installation project. Chair Mary Brazie, members Judi Goodman and Lucinda Fenn-Vermuelen, and staff including Water Secondary Operator/Clerk Taylor Thompson met June 4 and unanimously approved the May 7 minutes. Grant Administrator Peg McDonough authorized Water Operator Nate Stalker to order necessary materials from Ti-Sales, with the project required to complete by June's end.
Monthly water usage totaled 649,000 gallons with $27,199 in billing; the FY 2026 budget currently shows a deficit of $39,452, requiring rate increases for fiscal year 27.
