Sheffield Road sale is Egremont's only disclosed price in slow July stretch
Egremont recorded 11 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one deed listed a sale price: 22 Sheffield Rd, which sold for $950,000 on July 9 from Linda F. Bellizzi to William J. Powers and Mark J. Lane. That figure stands as both the period's price range and median, since no other transfer disclosed a consideration amount. Jug End Road saw the most activity, with three separate deeds recorded there, including a within-family trust transfer. Two sales involved banks as seller and two involved estates. With pricing disclosed on just one of 11 transfers, the data does not support a read on overall market tone this period.
